Location: Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Community Fans Operations Manager to lead and manage our communitybuilding efforts in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have experience in user operations a passion for organizing fan events and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. This role is critical in fostering a vibrant community around our brand enhancing user engagement and driving the success of our product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Oversee the development and management of the brands community in Indonesia supervising and guiding community operations across various regions and cities.

  • Content Ecosystem: Establish and maintain a robust content ecosystem within the community. Provide highquality content or direction to improve content operation quality across different market communities.

  • Fan Activities: Plan and execute local fan activities setting benchmarks for brand fan events. These activities should engage the community and enhance brand loyalty.

  • Market Research: Participate in new product marketing planning by conducting research on local markets and users. Gain a deep understanding of consumer demands pain points usage scenarios and media habits to provide valuable insights for product marketing and community operations.

  • User Insights: Handle user research requests from headquarters and transform the results into actionable insights that can inform marketing creativity and community operations.

  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor daily industry and competitor trends optimizing local user operation strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelors degree or higher is required.

  • Experience:

    • For standard positions: A minimum of 1 year of experience in user operations or related fields.
    • For senior positions: At least 3 years of experience in user community operations and organizing offline fan events.
  • Skills:

    • Strong sense of responsibility ability to learn teamwork spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills.
    • Proficiency in both Bahasa and English with strong written and oral communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the local market consumer behavior and community management practices.
