We are seeking a creative and strategic Retail Social Media Operations Manager to lead and manage our social media efforts particularly in the realm of short video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management videography and content creation with a passion for the technology industry. This role is essential in driving the success of our new product launches through innovative video campaigns and empowering our frontline sales team to excel in social media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Communication Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive video communication strategies. Plan and execute offline short video campaigns around new product launches showcasing key selling points and features.

• Content Creation: Delve into the user experience to uncover usage scenarios for new products. Independently create compelling recommendation videos shooting tutorials and other content that highlights product selling points. Coordinate with the frontline sales team to execute these short video campaigns effectively.

• Social Media Management: Establish and maintain official social media accounts for the sales team across various platforms. Manage daily operations promotions and follower growth strategies to enhance the social media presence and engagement.

• Team Empowerment: Regularly train and empower the frontline sales team to improve their video content creation skills and social media operation capabilities. Ensure continuous development and adaptation to the evolving digital landscape.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.

• Professional Background: A strong background in social media particularly TikTok with 35 years of experience in the field.

• Videography Expertise: Experience in videography with a specialization in camera operations film shoots video editing photography creativity and visualization.

• Social Media Insight: High sensitivity to social media trends particularly in the technology and cell phone industry. A deep understanding of TikToks platform trends ecology communication and distribution logic. Preference will be given to TikTok enthusiasts with proven success in short video marketing and operations.

• Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills with a meticulous and responsible approach to work. The ideal candidate will be passionate creative and resultsoriented with strong selfmotivation and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required for communication; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
