Good command of English.
- Owns a car.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of pharma industry and its changing environment.
- Passionate and self-motivated individual who is comfortable in a "highly fluid environment" and transitioning from role-to-role as need requires.
- Proven track record of excellent judgment, problem resolution, teamwork.
- Experience in relationship building with external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to influence relationships and leverage knowledge at all levels across a matrix structure
- Highly analytical
- Proven skills on organization and planning.
