Job Description

Lead Datacenter Technician to join our client s team.

Location: Memphis TN (100% onsite)

Job Title: Team Leader Datacenter Techs

Number of Roles: 3 (night shift) starts at 5pm Overtime is optional but must work a minimum of 8hr a day.

Duration: 40 days Night shifts 7 days a week start date Sept 23rd

Important Notes:

  • All proposed candidates will be screened tested and then trained by NVIS.
  • Lodging/Meals $250/day
  • Airfare: 1 round trip flight paid for by customer
  • OT over 8 hours/day OR over 40 hours in 1 week (MondaySunday)
  • Weekend hours Night shift rate

Team Leader x3 (night shift)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of data center cabling infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely progress and completion of the project.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members including deputies and installers.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet NVIS and market standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials.

  • Strong understanding of cabling standards and best practices
  • Problemsolving and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English)

Optional Certifications:

  • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
  • OSHA Safety Certification
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
