Job Description
Growing Electronics Company in Orlando has a need for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes enhancing product quality and improving operational efficiency. This position requires a handson approach to process improvement problemsolving and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering excellent analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Develop and implement process optimization strategies including the use of lean manufacturing principles. Design and refine production workflows to enhance productivity and product quality. Lead and manage engineering projects from concept through implementation ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production quality and maintenance to achieve project goals.
Requirements
2 years related experience. Electonic/Defense/ Aerospace background a plus

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering. 3+ years of Process Engineering experience.
