What you will be doing:

  • Role focuses on administrative tasks to support the foreclosure process starting with department mail (searching through files resorts).
  • Review titles and reinstatement quotes for owners before initiating the foreclosure process.
  • Assist in the daytoday processing of foreclosures.
  • Review and gather information related to foreclosure documentation.
  • Review real property conveyance and encumbrance documents.
  • Search and review bankruptcy matters per written procedures.
  • Establish and maintain positive client/vendor relationships.
  • Communicate with owners vendors and clients regarding foreclosure matters answering questions and providing information.
  • Coordinate and process all mailings.
  • Input and update data in spreadsheets and other programs to track all foreclosures.
  • Order and review title reports using multiple applications.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Experience you will need:

  • 12 years of directly related real estate office experience; prefer foreclosure experience.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Communication skills: verbal & written.
  • Proficient MS Office skill set; Excel skills.
  • Experience working with confidential and proprietary information.
  • Able to exercise discretion confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work under pressure manage challenging customer interactions and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands.
  • Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within time constraints paying particular attention to detail.
  • Potential candidates may have a Title background experience working in judicial offices to perform title searches and knowledge of foreclosures bankruptcies and/or pulling documents from county websites/recorder deeds in lieu.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
