Job Description

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fundraising Support

  • Running and exporting company profiles for all marketing trips

  • BDIR calendar management audit and data population

  • Create and populate agenda for Biweekly fundraising meetings pulling data from BDIR calendar DC and master tracker

  • Data Entry

  • Data Entry lead for PK/MB (log meetings notes outreach etc)

  • Data Auditor

  • Weekly Audit of Company/Contact profiles for missing information

  • Identify missing information for all investors and prospects in DC direct second data entry person on gaps and and double check data entry

  • Manage Master Pipeline Tracker and ensure all necessary fields are complete communication with region lead on missing information needed (ie. pipeline status)

  • Capacity management audit

  • Data analysis of indications of interest spreadsheet vs Gunderson commitment list

  • Liaison with accounting for ad hoc data entry projects on commitments closings and investor data

  • Assist with investor onboarding



Requirements


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor s College degree
