Job Summary:

As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be integral in developing managing and analyzing data to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate across various teams to provide actionable insights and drive improvements in operational efficiency and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Gather organize and analyze data across the organization providing recommendations for cost reduction operational efficiency revenue enhancement and cash flow improvement.
  
• Build and maintain reports models and tools for effective data visualization.
  
• Oversee annual budgeting forecasting and longterm financial planning processes.
  
• Manage data sources ensuring quality and strategy alignment.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives.
  
• Lead monthly financial reporting including variance analysis and management reporting.
  
• Enhance financial processes systems and reporting capabilities.
  
• Evaluate potential investments mergers and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
  
• Ensure accurate data in business development and ERP platforms.
  
• Analyze data to identify performance risks and gaps providing insights to leadership.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analyst experience in finance accounting or businessrelated roles.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data management.
  
• Expertise in financial modeling analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and GAAP.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proactive and creative approach to process improvement.
  
• Ability to prioritize objectives and manage daily tasks.
  
• Strong influencing skills to work effectively with leadership.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance Economics Accounting Data Analytics or Mathematics.
  
• Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
  
• Experience with ERP systems like Workday.
