Job Description
Process Optimization
- Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and automation within Fieldglass and related systems.
- Work closely with various business functions to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
Data Management and Reporting
- Develop and enhance reporting on key metrics related to the contingent workforce, in collaboration with data specialists.
Training and Documentation
- Create and deliver regular training sessions for new and existing Fieldglass users via Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain and update the existing comprehensive training materials.
