Billing amp Credit Control Associate

What Youll Do:

• Invoice Management: Upload invoices to our system and ensure theyre processed accurately.
• Email Communication: Send invoices and followup emails to clients as needed.
• Payment Processing: Record incoming payments in our system and handle deposits.
• Daily Calls: Reach out to clients who make daily payments to confirm transactions.
• FollowUps: Conduct followup calls and emails to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues.
• System Updates: Update and maintain accurate records in our billing system.

What Were Looking For:

• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal to interact with clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of billing and payment processes.

• Ability to work independently and handle followups professionally.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
