Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:- Analyze business processes and assist in identifying optimization opportunities to enhance customer and client experience.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect and analyze performance data to evaluate customer and client satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of process changes and enhancements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Document process modifications and improvements for future reference.
- Communicate processrelated insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends related to customer experience and process optimization.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically 4 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 1 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in business process services and data analysis
- Experience in datadriven decision support
- Proficiencies in data analytics and process mapping
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Data Analytics Professional Six Sigma Yellow Belt) a plus
