We are looking for a SEO Manager for an Australianbased online startup
that is using cuttingedge AI to digitize and democratize the legal
market.
Location: Remote based in Ho Chi Minh City
Personnel in charge: 5 people including content writers link builders and social media.
Functions
Conduct keyword research to identify highvolume relevant keywords for our target audience.
Analyze website traffic data and user behavior using SEO tools to understand our strengths and weaknesses.
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search ranking and website visibility.
Optimize website content for target keywords using onpage SEO best practices.
Manage and improve the websites technical SEO health ensuring proper crawling and indexation by search engines.
Build highquality backlinks through linkbuilding outreach and content marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics including organic traffic keyword rankings and conversions.
Stay uptodate on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with content creators web developers and other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy.
Prepare weekly reports on SEO performance and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in increasing organic traffic and website visibility ranking #1 results (international SEO)
Strong understanding of SEO best practices including keyword research onpage optimization and link building.
Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush).
Excellent communication written and verbal with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Analytical mind with a datadriven approach to problemsolving.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
