We are looking for a dynamic and customeroriented individual to join our customer service team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers delivering topnotch support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in German.
- Assist customers with inquiries technical issues and other supportrelated questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in German at a C2 level (native or nearnative fluency).
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level (conversational fluency).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good multitasking and timemanagement skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with technology tools.
