Integration Manager SAPIT-System Rollout for our Talent Pool in Hungary

To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool in Hungary. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6 12 months.

Currently we are looking for Integration Managers with min. 10 years experience in international SAP programs and/or IT system rollouts and excellent skills in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).

Only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered.

Partial onsite presence in Budapest required.

Tasks

Requirements

• 10 years of work experience within SAP/ERP/IT programs as an integration manager and/or IT project manager
• Strong organization and stakeholder management skills with a handson mindset and drive.
• Several years of leadership experience in IT project management (preferably in an international and complex project environment)
• Very good understanding of system landscapes dependencies and the technical implications on the systems releases and interfaces
• Good understanding of how ERP systems (especially SAP) are supporting business processes
• Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks (e.g. PMI PRINCE2 SCRUM SAP Activate SAFe).
• Experience in working with JIRA and SAP Solution Manager
• Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve a variety of routine and complex issues
• Proven capability in negotiation conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and successfully engage in multiple interdependent projects/initiatives simultaneously
• Business level fluency in English and Hungarian both written and verbal
