Position: and nbsp;Delivery Driver
Location: and nbsp; and nbsp;Toronto ON
Type: and nbsp;FullTime
Hours: and nbsp;Monday to Friday 9 AM 5 PM
Pay: and nbsp;$27/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in and nbsp; and nbsp;Toronto. As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers using a companyprovided cargo van. This is a fulltime position Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cargo van to deliver products to various locations within Toronto and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload goods from the van.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
- Follow route and time schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues or delays.
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver preferably with a cargo van.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Familiarity with GPS devices and route planning.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
