Required Skills:

Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience performing PMO
activities for small to medium scale projects. Role requires
coordinating with multiple internal teams and multiple client
stakeholders.

Below are the primary responsibilities:

Project & Program Management:

Track deliverables and timelines

Coordinate with stakeholders to keep track of action items risks
and issues

Ensure timely communication to team members and stakeholders

Support team by adhering to project compliance standards and
processes

Manage and maintain efficient system access fulfillment processes

Metrics & Reporting:

Generate regular and ad hoc project management reports for
leadership as required

Ensure quality of reports meets internal and client standards

Manage multiple trackers to support the reporting of operational
metrices

Capture publish and maintain minutes of meetings

Status reporting of milestones and deliverables project risks and
issues

Communication & Collaboration:

Prepare update and maintain presentations used for internal and
client reviews

Support creation and maintenance of project artifacts leveraging
tools such as Confluence JAMA and JIRA

Must be selforganized and a great collaborator

Engagement:

Support and plan key team activities such as periodic leadership
meetings team meetings etc.

Facilitate team collaboration and effective communication

Tools/ Technology:

Required:

Expertise in Microsoft tools such as Power Point Word Excel and
Visio

Excellent Communication (Written/Verbal)

Preferred:

Atlassian Suite: JIRA; Confluence

CAPM or PMP certified

Agile Certifications such at PSM CSM SAFe
