Job Description
We are delighted to partner with an aircraft leasing firm who are now expanding its footprint in Singapore with the hire of a Chief Operating Officer. In this role you will become a key member of the leadership team and have the opportunity to work with a team of highly accomplished professionals.
THE ROLE:
- Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency
- Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes
- Leading and motivating staff across transaction mgmt deal modelling financial analysis
- Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover
- Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
- Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture
Requirements
- Experience in Aircraft and/or Engine Leasing and Finance
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Analytical Skills for evaluating operational effectiveness and efficiency
- Excellent leadership and decisionmaking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving capabilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
