Responsibilities:
Help with renaming and attaching all electronic documents that have been received either through the mail or sent by clients
Responsible for going into the CRM identifying the client renaming and attaching the document and then notifying applicable parties
Assist attorneys with case preparation
Contribute to the efficient management of caseloads
Perform other administrative tasks
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in legal research and writing
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
