This is a remote position.
Fulltime
Mon Fri 9 AM 6 PM (9 PM to 6 AM PHT) (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

Job Description for Paralegal Assistant
Responsibilities
drafting letters for the attorneys and paralegals
assist with getting out the welcome packets
Helping with obtaining insurance liens and
any other necessary information to get the case started
help with data entry on the case as well and any other assistance the paralegals or attorney might need.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Scope
- Assist attorneys with case preparation
- Support legal team with administrative tasks
- Contribute to the efficient management of caseloads
