Job Description

RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas

We are Hiring an Oncology Services Associate Director for our Hospital client in Dublin. Fulltime/Permanent contract

Responsibilities
  • Offer clinical trial management and experience in medicine
  • Provide medical knowledge to papers study reports and regulatory paperwork
  • Oversee safety concerns in clinical studies and collaborate closely with colleagues to evaluate and appraise the trials
  • Take part in the creation of new business by submitting proposals and supporting meetings as needed
  • Work in tandem with other departments to handle medical information conduct design processes feasibility evaluations educational initiatives and review and edit medical documents during all stages of research and trials
  • Adhere to a certain research protocol and guide others to observe the policies to the letter
  • The Associate Director will collaborate closely to develop services optimise utilisation and improve patient flow with senior management employees and consultants.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 10 years of experience working in the healthcare industry with at least 3 5 of those years spent in a hospital leadership or management position.
  • Knowledge of Change Projects such as adding new services or altering processes
  • A minimum of three years of hospitalbased compounding service management experience.
  • A bachelors or masters degree from an accredited university in a complementary field such as healthcare management pharmacy nursing clinical etc.
  • Enrolment with the relevant Irish accreditation.
  • Previous work experience in a healthcare setting with activitybased funding. experience generating revenue for the healthcare industry
  • Handled workforce skill mix modifications and/or advancements.

  • Proficiency in budget management forecasting and P&L review.
