Job Description

As a Consolidation Senior Consultant you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial consolidation processes at the group level. You will work closely with local and international finance teams to ensure the accuracy completeness and timeliness of financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of consolidation principles IFRS/GAAP standards and the ability to navigate complex financial structures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly quarterly and annual financial consolidation processes ensuring all deadlines are met.

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Analyze and reconcile intercompany transactions eliminating discrepancies to ensure accurate consolidated results.

Collaborate with local finance teams to gather and validate financial data providing guidance on consolidationrelated issues.

Support the preparation of management reports ensuring clear communication of financial results to senior leadership.

Assist in the implementation and improvement of consolidation systems and processes driving efficiency and accuracy.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations ensuring compliance across all financial reporting.

Provide training and mentorship to junior members of the consolidation team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field; a CPA ACCA or equivalent certification is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation with a strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP.

Proven experience in working with complex financial structures and multinational organizations.

Proficiency in consolidation software (e.g. Hyperion SAP BPC or similar).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
