Job Description

On behalf of one of its clients in the fastmoving consumer goods field the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is looking for a Sourcing & Category Manager Assistant.

The missions to fulfill are:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing suppliers
  • Supporting the Sourcing & Category Manager with administrative matters and sales operations
  • Participating in distributor sales collection data preparation of orders/invoices and restock
  • Involved in a diverse range of projects related to sourcing and category management
  • Coordinating with the warehouse Operations Manager for orders fulfilment process
  • Other missions may be entrusted according to the activity schedule and the candidates performance.


Requirements

Profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactive and resultsoriented mindset
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good oral and written English is essential. French is also necessary for coordination and communication with partners in Europe.
  • Previous experience in FMCG is a plus.
