Active Security Clearance: Required to handle sensitive information and work on intelligence contracts.
Valid U.S. Passport: Ability to work and travel parttime.
Experience: 8 years of management experience with at least 5 years in a complex environment in the military or as a Government contract employee.
US Intel Community Experience: Must have experience working with or in the US intelligence community.
Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with senior government and civilian officials managers and subordinates.
DecisionMaking and Judgment: Excellent decisionmaking ability and sound judgment in highstakes environments.
Military Experience: Experience working with or in the US military.
Advanced Education: Bachelors or Master s degree in a businessrelated field.
Certifications: PMP or PgMP preferred.
Critical Thinking and ProblemSolving: Strong critical thinking skills and creative and efficient problemsolving skills.
ProcessOriented: Strong attention to detail and process improvement capabilities.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Capable of practical and professional communication with contract personnel and other business entities.
As an Intelligence Operations Manager at ATLAS you ll get handson experience with various projects and tasks. Here are some things you ll likely do:
Collaborate with the Director of Operations to manage daytoday intelligence contract operations.
Maintain oversight of personnel accountability and ensure timely reporting.
Supervise and ensure the accuracy of timesheet submissions.
Enhance unity of effort and resource utilization across operations.
Develop and implement strategies to support multiple missions effectively.
Maintain accountability of linguists and conduct quality control checks.
Engage regularly with Military and Government officials to address linguist requirements and concerns.
Oversee performance counseling annual evaluations and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Establish and maintain a linguist retention program and promote morale health and welfare initiatives.

Your experience in the intelligence community coupled with your leadership and problemsolving skills will drive the success of our operations.
