Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Support:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of technical projects from initiation to completion. This includes scheduling meetings maintaining project documentation and tracking progress. Onsite offshore communication and coordination
Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams clients and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed
Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including meeting minutes project plans and status reports. Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible to team members
Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and escalate project issues or risks to the appropriate stakeholders on time. Work with team members to develop and implement solutions to address challenges as they arise
Quality Assurance:
  • Support quality assurance efforts by assisting in the testing and validation of technical deliverables. Document and report any issues or discrepancies to the project team for resolution
Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to team members on project management tools processes and best practices. Help onboard new team members and ensure they have the necessary resources to contribute effectively
Business Development and Business Support:
  • Grasp client organization and their Industry/ Business Know how to support long term business growth of the client organization
Business Relationship Management:
  • Ability to network and interest in developing skills in managing business relationships across client organizations over the period of time


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Information Technology or Engineering or Business related degree with interest to learn about technology and business
  • Business level proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Asana
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
