Lead - Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.


Mine data from all sources within projects & processes and work towards enabling efficiency and higher productivity rates.


Collaborate with other teams to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.


Partner with Project & operation teams to prioritize and answer the most important questions where analytics will have a material impact.


Explore data to find actionable insights and make appropriate recommendations through funnels cohort analyses user segmentation.


Build visualizations & intuitive dashboards that expose the health and performance of our products.


Communicate key results to senior management in verbal visual and written media.


Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.


Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.


Time flexibility is required as offhours activity will be needed to operate among a geographically dispersed team.


Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with peers and requestors from various backgrounds and technical abilities.

Desired Skills:

A positive attitude selfmotivation ability to work in a fastpaced demanding environment and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point Word Excel). Knowledge on Google sheets slides and docs are an added advantage.


Fluency from work in Python MySQL BigData HTML JavaScripts.


Big Query GCP will be an added advantage.


Good understanding on the Linux platform will be an added advantage.


Handson experience using reputed data visualization tools like tableau Google Data Studio etc..


Understanding of statistical analysis and common pitfalls of data analysis.


Selfstarter that works with minimal guidance and focuses on high impact work.


Ability to write and communicate your thoughts/ideas effectively.


Selfmotivated Willing to learn new things Smart and Proactive.
