Key Responsibilities:

• Client Support: Provide outstanding service to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat addressing their needs and resolving any issues efficiently.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues offering clear and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Data Management: Accurately log and update client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Language Skills: Nativelevel proficiency in French and at least B2 level in English.
• Eligibility: Must have EU citizenship or a Portuguese residence card.
• Experience: Previous experience in client support or a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal (Relocation package available for candidates moving from abroad).
