Content Moderator For Social Media Project

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Schedule: 40 hours per week 24/7 rotational shifts

Role Overview:
As a Content Moderator for our Social Media Project you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the online community by monitoring and managing usergenerated content. This position requires fluency in both Spanish and English exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. Content Moderators are responsible for reviewing and evaluating content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines removing any offensive inappropriate or harmful material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Live Moderation: Monitor and moderate usergenerated content in realtime particularly focusing on livestreams.
• Content Evaluation: Review reported content to determine its compliance with platform guidelines.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and platform policies to maintain user safety and uphold the platforms reputation.
• Sensitive Content: Be prepared to handle sensitive material including but not limited to vulgar content violence pornography and fake news.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training: Comprehensive 10day training program conducted in English compensated at 92.80 EUR per week.
• Salary Options:
  • 1240.66 EUR monthly gross salary with Christmas and holiday bonuses food allowance and private health insurance.
  • 1040.66 EUR monthly gross salary with room allowance Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance.
