Job Description

Are you passionate about contributing to a safer online environment where scams fraud and cyber grooming are actively prevented We have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as a FullTime Dutch or FlemishSpeaking Customer Support & Content Moderator in sunny Malta.

About the Role:

In this hybrid role you will be balancing responsibilities between Customer Support and Content Moderation:

Customer Support (70% of your role):

  • Professionally respond to customer inquiries and complaints through email or live chat.
  • Ensure that customers receive accurate valid and complete information by using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Meet personal and team targets for customer support satisfaction.

Content Moderation (30% of your role):

  • Review content across various platforms ensuring that it complies with company guidelines and countryspecific laws.
  • Contribute to creating a safe online space by evaluating and moderating images accounts and textbased content.
  • Escalate any violations or instances of fraud to the relevant teams.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated and follow client policies and guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on common user issues and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.
  • Interface effectively with internal and client teams.
  • Participate in training sessions to ensure adherence to moderation policies.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native in Dutch or Flemish and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs like Excel and Word.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary. What matters most is your drive dedication and ability to make quick accurate decisions.
  • Personal Attributes: Attention to detail a cando attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: You must be available to work morning and late shifts on a rotational basis with shifts running from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM five days a week.
  • Contract: Indefinite contract with fulltime hours.
  • Training: Comprehensive training provided over two weeks requiring onsite presence.
