Job Description: OutSystems Tech Lead/Expert (Web & Mobile)

Location: Brussels Belgium

Work regime: 3 times a week onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize OutSystems Service Studio and OutSystems Integration Studio for developing and integrating applications.
• Develop web and mobile applications with a deep understanding of Application Objects (AOs) to optimize application performance.
• Design databases and workflows ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications before deployment to the Test Environment.
• Fix bugs post golive based on user feedback and requirements.
• Apply Agile methodology principles to manage and complete tasks within specified timeframes.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure the smooth delivery of web applications.
• Leverage technical knowledge in C# .NET ASP.NET web technologies and SOAP/REST API technologies.
• Utilize HTML5 CSS and JavaScript frameworks in application development.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Application Performance Management (APM) practices and tools.
• Design architectural solutions and patterns ensuring high performance and reliability of web applications.
• Use the Architecture Dashboard effectively for optimizing and troubleshooting.
• Engage in data modeling with Oracle or SQL databases including PLSQL scripting.
• Monitor project progress and plan using Agile methodology managing budgets milestones issues and risks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in OutSystems development and integration.
• Extensive experience in web and mobile app development.
• Proficiency in database design workflow optimization and bug fixing.
• Strong technical background in C# .NET ASP.NET web technologies and SOAP/REST API.
• Familiarity with HTML5 CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of ALM and APM practices and tools.
• Proven experience in architecture design and web application performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL databases and PLSQL scripting.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead coach and mentor teams fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
