Responsibilities:

• Skills as a SAP (BC expertise) SAP Solution Manager Focused Run and Security with ITIL knowledge
  
• Support Business activity by challenging provider and improve delivery quality using its SAP Database or infrastructure expertise knowledge
• Ensure operational excellence in operations and governance and monitor the quality of service provided by infomercials(SDM)
• Ensure compliance with entity services contracted with infotainers and expected levels of service
• Ensure continuous improvement in quality of service processes and governance
• Ensure the organization of operations and ensure its quality control
• Collaborate with the various SG GDI CTO Infra services business and infomercials and assume the role of interface and facilitator (incident escalation changes problem RCA GoLive performance management capacity management security DRP test backup switch)Measure and compare results to specified requirements
• Ensure the status of changes incidents and critical or visible issues going on at SG GDI CTO Infra management and business
• Ensure billing validation and penalty negotiation
• Work with Project Managers at major project phases in accordance with the SG GDI CTO Infra process to ensure a successful production transition.
