Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively contact potential independent retailers introducing them to our wide range of products.
  • Relationship Building: Identify key decisionmakers and rapidly develop strong professional relationships.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage in consultative selling by understanding each retailers specific needs and tailoring our B2B solutions accordingly.
  • Closing Sales: Employ persuasive techniques to turn leads into longterm business partners ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Client Retention: Maintain continuous communication with existing clients to nurture relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Charismatic Personality: Have a captivating presence that quickly draws people in and keeps them engaged in conversation.
  • Target Driven: Passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets thriving on surpassing goals.
  • Resilience: Embrace rejection learn from it and rebound with renewed energy. Persistence is essential.
  • Persuasive Skills: Naturally skilled in sales with the ability to change minds and close deals effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch with a good command of English.

  • Competitive Salary: Earn 40600 OTE (35000 basic salary uncapped commission) with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Location: This is a fulltime officebased role in our Barcelona office. We offer relocation support to help you settle into your new role and city.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Spain.
