Job Description
Summary - The automation developer will be responsible coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance automation workflows using UiPath or similar technology. This role reports to the global RPA Automation Manager and will work closely with the RPA Business Analyst and Solution Architect to help drive a new level of business process automation that delivers significant and sustainable value for our company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-

- Develop and implement and support Automation workflows.
- Collaborate within the automation team and with business users when required.
- Follows closely the internal developments standards and industry best practices.
- Identify reusable components and patterns as well as ensure consistently in design across use-cases built using RPA.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications -
- Ability to work independently under some supervision.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
3 years RPA development experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or equivalent RPA industry leading platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for presentation of data reports (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize and handle competing deadlines.
