Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customerfocused FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our remote team in Romania. In this role you will serve as the main point of contact for our Frenchspeaking customers assisting them with their travel needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. With your excellent communication skills and customer service experience you will contribute to our goal of providing outstanding service and support to our valued passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone email and chat in French.
    • Offer detailed information about flight schedules ticket bookings and travel policies.
    • Assist customers with reservations cancellations and modifications to their travel plans.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    • Address and resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring a positive outcome.
    • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the company guidelines.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve our services and products.
    • Strive to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.
  4. Product Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about our airline services routes promotions and policies.
    • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information tailored to their travel needs.
  5. Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
    • Participate in team meetings training sessions and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in French (both written and spoken). Good command of English is also required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support hospitality or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism reliability and attention to detail.
