IT Support Officer Relocation to Cyprus

Our partnership is expanding in Bucharest Romania with the option to relocate to Cyprus!A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join their Limassol team. If youre adept at hardware/software troubleshooting network security and IT documentation this role offers a great opportunity to ensure the seamless operation of their IT systems.

As an IT Support Officer you will manage Level 1 troubleshooting leverage knowledge bases to resolve issues and escalate more complex problems to higher support levels when necessary. Your main focus will be to maintain smooth IT operations and provide outstanding user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Search and utilize knowledge bases to resolve known problems.
• Escalate incidents to second/third level support or third parties as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed IT documentation ensuring compliance with IT policies.
• Deliver effective user training and collaborate with external vendors.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure network security and demonstrate proficiency in software development.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Familiarity with project management tools ticketing systems and CRMs.
• Experience with data management and adherence to IT policies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware software and network security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology trends.

Renumeration Package:
