We have partnered with a USbased product company looking to expand its Design team to Sao Paulo Brazil. They are a topnotch S&P 500 company have over 10000 employees worldwide and over 40 years leading their respective industry.

Our Proposal:

In this position youll be involved in designing a diverse range of products allowing you to develop expertise without losing your fresh perspective or enthusiasm. As a senior design at our company youll advocate for the customer using both quantitative and qualitative analysis passionately presenting your viewpoints while remaining open to new ideas.

Your focus will be on creating highutility designs that significantly impact our business ensuring engaging interactions and driving substantial results. This is a hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Put in the effort to truly understand the customers needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with product management or independently gather product requirements.
• Recognize the importance of different design stages from lowfidelity sketches to pixelperfect highfidelity designs.
• Balance visual appeal industry standards and innovative interactions to create satisfying user experiences.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including designers product managers engineers researchers subject matter experts copywriters and legal professionals.
• Contribute to evolving a design system into a more modern sophisticated and highly useful tool for both designers and developers.

Musthave Requirements:

• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.
• 5 years of UX/UI Design experience.
• Proficiency and an excellent understanding ofFigma.
• Experience working across multiple platforms (e.g. products websites mobile apps etc.).
• Experience building and working with Design Systems.
• High English level.

Nicetohave requirements:

• Knowledge of HTML CSS and Native Mobile App patterns.
• Understanding of accessibility and its applications in ecommerce.
