We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team specializing in wedding and social bookings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the hospitality industry and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to cater to wedding clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.

• Identify and target potential clients through networking sales calling and industry events.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

  Wedding Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding inquiries providing personalized service to potential clients.

• Coordinate all aspects of wedding bookings including venue tours contract negotiations and event planning.

• Work closely with the hotel's catering banquet and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of weddings.

• Create customized wedding packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets.

• Manage the wedding booking calendar to optimize venue utilization and avoid scheduling conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel sales particularly in wedding and event bookings.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
  
  Salary:

• Upto 65K depending on current (Little negotiable for the right candidate)
