Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and safe environment.
• Monitor and moderate interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and content policies.
• Organize and lead community events to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to relay community feedback and influence product enhancements.
• Analyze community metrics to report on trends and effectiveness of community strategies.
• Lead projects aimed at improving the overall community experience.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management or related roles preferably within a social media company like Reddit.
• Proven ability to develop and implement community engagement strategies and manage online platforms.
• Strong understanding of content moderation policies and the ability to enforce them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact positively with community members and crossfunctional teams.
• Analytical skills with a knack for interpreting community metrics and translating data into actionable insights.
• Project management experience with a proven track record of leading initiatives to successful outcomes.
