Tasks

CAT machinery is operated on site.

Excavators: CAT 320 336 Dozers: CAT D7 RII/D8T & D9T

Operator Crews can range from 210 operators depending on the projects.

Operators will be cutting in and constructing access tracks / ramps for drill pads and sumps.

The surface and terrain does vary from flat to undulating hills to steep and high risk terrain. Drill rigs are used to source drill samples to determine whether or not the area is viable for mining.

This role would suit Candidates who come from a Civil / Road Construction background. However Candidates who have had some exposure in any of the following areas are also highly regarded:
subdivisions farms trenching laying cable excavating underground services block laying civil/construction quarries/pits rehab tip heads ROMs demolition constructing batters dam construction logging exploration or mining.

Requirements

• min. HR Drivers Licence (WA); MC Licence preferred.
• Excavator Ticket
• Dozer Ticket
• National Police Clearance
• First Aid Training
• 4WD Training

• PreEmployment Medical & Lab DAS
