Tasks

• Provide comprehensive deskside support to endusers in Belgium ensuring seamless resolution of technical issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems maintaining optimal system performance.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations ensuring compliance with company policies and security protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests solutions provided and any necessary followup actions using ticketing systems.
• Support global rollouts by coordinating with international teams and managing forward stocking locations to streamline shipping processes.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops laptops and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
