Position: Research and Development Manager

Office Location: Makati City

Responsibilities:

• Lead the research and development activities of the company.
• Oversee the development innovation and improvement of products and processes through all stages to meet business objectives.
• Endtoend project management according to procedures and guidelines.
• Work closely with various departments including Marketing Finance Operations and Purchasing & Planning. The role will also have regular communication with senior management on directions and the technical division for bake testing and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical and scientific expertise resulting to the development and improvement of product innovation quality and safety standards for raw materials and equipment.
• Lead risk management shelflife studies food quality and safety etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology Chemical Engineering or other related fields.
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in Research and Development / Product Development (3 years as a Manager) in the food solutions industry.
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficient in strategy formulation and planning
