- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and internal control reviews to identify potential compliance issues and gaps
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote compliance and mitigate operational risks
- Design and implement internal control systems to monitor and manage compliance risks
