Job Description
This is a remote position.
We seek a highly skilled Cloud Application Developer with at least 5 years of experience to design develop and deploy robust cloudbased applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services and a strong foundation in software development. You will be responsible for building scalable secure and efficient applications leveraging cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deploy cloudnative applications on the AWS platform.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth 2.0.
- Utilize AWS services including AWS Transfer Family S3 SQS EventBridge Lambda DynamoDB SFTP and AWS networking components.
- Implement robust data encryption and decryption using PGP.
- Write clean maintainable and efficient code using Python and Java (SpringBoot).
- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing using pytest Mockito and Cucumber.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Adhere to best practices for cloud development and security.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Java (SpringBoot).
- Handson experience with AWS services (Transfer Family S3 SQS EventBridge Lambda DynamoDB SFTP and networking components).
- Deep understanding of REST API development.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Proficiency in data encryption and decryption using PGP.
- Strong unit and integration testing skills (pytest Mockito Cucumber).
- Excellent problemsolving and debugging abilities.
- Understanding of AWS networking concepts (VPCs subnets security groups route tables).
Good to have
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitHub Actions).
