Job Summary:
The PartTime Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our hiring process by managing the intake of applicants coordinating interviews and assisting with onboarding procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Applicant Intake: Manage incoming applications screen resumes and coordinate the initial stages of the hiring process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews with potential candidates ensuring timely communication with both applicants and hiring managers.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the setup and onboarding of new hires including documentation orientation scheduling and providing necessary resources.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment human resources or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Zoho Recruit is a plus.
