Job Description
Excis Compliance is a leading provider of IT solutions committed to safeguarding businesses in the digital age. To support our growth were seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Technician to join our dynamic team.
Your role:
- Support our clients employees by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops laptops mobile devices and network connectivity.
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software including MS Office suite endpoint security solutions and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Manage user accounts and access privileges within Active Directory.
- Provide onsite support including "smart hands" services for conference room setups and AV equipment.
- Be the goto person for employee tech queries offering clear and concise solutions.
Requirements
Were looking for someone who:
- Has a strong technical foundation with MS Office proficiency a plus
- Excels at customer service and problemsolving
- Thrives in a fastpaced environment
- Is fluent in both English and Dutch
- Holds a valid work permit and residence permit
Location: ParnassuswegDG Amsterdam.
Salary: EUR 3780 gross per month.

15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, application, platforms, and IAM. 10+ years of hands-on IAM architecting and design experience with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID. Proven ability to architect and design solutions for complex challenges. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, architecture, applications, and network authentication concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
