Product Designer

This is a remote position.

As a Product Designer you will play a pivotal role in designing the application and website of HeyoPhone and offer help in the design of the MyOperator website and its application products. You will bring along the skills and knowledge necessary to build a seamless user experience for these domains as well as drive the total brand experience forward. You will have a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles and graphic/ visual design as well as the ability to solve complex design problems and realize a product along with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs pain points and behaviors.
  
• Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to translate business objectives into usercentered product designs.
  
• Develop creative and innovative design solutions that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally sound.
  
• Craft user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  
• Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and best practices in UX design.
  
• Create and maintain design documentation for future reference.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or a related field.
  
• Proven track record of designing and launching successful digital products.
  
• Strong understanding of usercentered design (UCD) principles.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch or Adobe XD.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past work.

-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role in a product-based organisation. -Should hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in design, fine art, or engineering). -A strong understanding of UX design processes, Usability best practices, Usability Principles, UI patterns, Research methodologies, and User Interviewing techniques. -Stronghold of design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects. -Sound knowledge of Design Systems, importance & implementation protocols, and UX design tools and resources. -Knowledge of human interactions, behavior, etc. -Should hold a bachelor's degree (preferably in design, fine art, or engineering). -An excellent portfolio that demonstrates design thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an emphasis on design and user experience. -Excellent team management and collaboration skills. -Exposure to development tools and frameworks. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Along with these, it will be great to have, -Demonstrated experience in managing or mentoring a team of designers. -Good understanding of Business and Human psychology. -Knowledge of brand design. -Exposure to a wide variety of problem spaces, and technologies. -Excellent skills in prototyping, sketching etc. -A zeal for understanding new technologies, trends and tools.
