Job Description
Job Summary:
The Junior HR Officer will support the HR team in various HR functions including recruitment employee relations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their HR career and gain experience in the trade and agriculture sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Support employee relations activities and address daytoday HR queries.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 12 years of experience in an HR support role (internships included).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
