Ideal candidates will have excellent telephone manner and have demonstrated success selling insurance products. As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales service resulting in the generation of business from new and existing clients therefore contributing to the companys profitability and growth.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years Call Centre experience. You would be selling short or longterm insurance.
- Matric (Grade 12) Essential.
- RE (Advantageous).
- FAIS requirements based on DOFA date (Advantageous).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Wellspoken with excellent presentation and communication skills (telephonically and written).
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of financial service products (Advantageous).
- Computer Literate (MS Office Email and Internet).
- Demonstrate sales behaviours (deal with difficult clients competitive achieving persistent).
- Excellent compliance and quality assurance.
- Use of effective probing and questioning techniques.
The post is based on site based in Claremont Cape Town

- Weekly Incentives based on performance.
- Basic Commission Weekly Incentives potential earnings of R15 000 R18 000R per month with top earning receiving R24 000 R38 000 per month.

- We are willing to match the current basic of currently employed candidates for the first few months however they will revert to the lower basic with commission after that.
We also have a promotional structure which is assessed every 6 months should staff achieve their target successfully for a period of 6 months they move up the promotional structure which in turn means that their salary increases and they get added benefits.
