OnSite for 16 Weeks Then Fully Remote from Home

Brief Job Description for CSSR:

• Represent a prestigious airline brand across various services.
  
• Assist passengers with pre and postflight travel inquiries in the customer relations department using Italian and English.
  
• Utilize airline reservations systems and manage voice calls in English and Italian along with written correspondence.
  
• Receive fully paid training on products and systems.
  
• Engage daily with international passengers to address queries and provide assistance.
  
• Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain client service levels.
  
• Work in a fastpaced and timesensitive call center environment.
  

Requirements

• Must be a native Italian speaker with fluency in both verbal and written communication (Advanced level may be considered).
  

• Preferably located in South Africa.
  
• Must hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID.
  
• Proficient in computer literacy and technical skills.
  
• Clean criminal record.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
  
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
  

Employment Terms and Conditions:

1. Annual Compensation: R190000 CTC (R15833 per month)
   
2. Fulltime Permanent Contract: 40 hours per week with 89 hour shifts per day.
   
3. Rotational shifts from Mondays to Fridays including rotational Saturdays Sundays and public holidays as operationally required. Working hours may vary based on client needs.
   
4. Training Duration: 16 weeks (Fully Paid).
   
5. Probation Period: 4 months
   
6. Health insurance benefits covered by the Company.
   
7. Option for OfficeBased or Remote Position.
   

For the remote position a personal home fiber internet line and UPS solution are required for work from home.
