The Team

Were committed to shaping tomorrows energy system with flexible power at its core. Our ambitious team shares a common goal working together to create a sustainable future. We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Product Designer based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us.

This is your chance to join our newly established product team dedicated to the development of our Partner Platform. The Partner Platform is our interface towards our partners where we provide insights about their flexible energy assets and how they are contributing to the energy system.

About the Role

As an early member of this newly formed squad you will play a pivotal role in both shaping the product and establishing our teams culture and ways of working. Your work will have a significant impact on how our partners perceive Flower and our services.

To succeed in this role you will need to have a good understanding of Flowers services what we do now and where we will be in the future. You will work closely with internal stakeholders like Partner Success Management as well as interface directly with our partners and internal users to understand them and their needs.

For the right candidate there will be opportunities to lead the design work within the product team as the team grows and to coordinate design initiatives across the company.

• Are a creative individual with high ambitions for great user experiences
  
• Are a great facilitator engaging people to find the best solutions together
  
• Have handson experience with earlystage products guiding them from a minimal viable product (MVP) to a stateoftheart solution.
  
• Possess expertise in developing interfaces visualizing a lot of complex data e.g. from an industry like fintech healthtech or similar
  
• Have a proven track record of building intuitive and engaging user experiences from the ground up
  
• Showcase a strong portfolio that highlights your ability to design user interfaces with a modern and professional touch
  
• Thrive on collaboration enjoying the process of working closely with developers to bring design concept to live
  

We value office collaboration but support some hybrid work. Our office is at Sder Mlarstrand minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
