About the Role

As an early member of this newly formed squad you will play a pivotal role in both shaping the product and establishing our teams culture and ways of working. Your work will have a significant impact on how our partners perceive Flower and our services.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligning it with the overall business goals and market needs in a product roadmap
• Gather and prioritize product and user requirements working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the platform addresses the needs of our partners effectively
• Facilitate the agile development process together with the team finding a balance between flexibility and structure in a fast paced environment
• Monitor and analyze product performance using datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and emerging technologies to ensure our Partner Platform remains cuttingedge and competitive

Who you are:

You are a humble and dedicated professional ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work required to achieve our ambitious goals. You have a strong sense of ownership are wellstructured and are driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability.

We also believe that you:

• Have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role
• Possess a strong understanding of agile development methodologies and have experience working in a facechanging environment
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to collaborate effectively within the product team as well as across the organization
• Have an analytical mindset using datadriven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Are passionate about renewable energy and committed to sustainability

If you have a background from a dataheavy industry and experience of developing user interfaces to present and interact with data that is considered a bonus.

Location
We value office collaboration but support some hybridework. Our office is at Sder Mlarstrand minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
